Journaling allows me to express thoughts, which is how this book came to life. Throughout this process, I created characters, dialogue, and scenes, giving me the freedom to feel more outspoken and freer to highlight the inner conflicts we experience as human beings. I want readers to feel understood and unguarded, encouraging them to dig into their feelings. "You are not alone."
I want to give readers seeking a connection experiencing the same crisis and assure them, 'you are not going crazy'.
This journey has shown me that we are stronger than we think. I realized that writing about life's struggles was a form of healing, proving that although I was tired, I had more courage than I perceived. I wouldn't give up the challenging moments because I wouldn't trade the precious moments they brought.
My goal is to reach readers, help them feel empowered, find courage and a voice, even if it starts in their head, because underneath it, there is something worth fighting for
"YOURSELF."
Every true-life event, big or small, has the power to reach others. I hearten celebrating other people's wins and reassure others in hard times, hoping each reader finds a connection with the characters and stories.
